Concierge Services ::

Personal Assistance. From transportation to babysitting to personal chefs. We have it all -- emergency and medical assistance, worldwide travel assistance, even gift shopping and tee times. If you're used to traveling and utilizing concierge services, you will want to add this to your vacation rental package.

Travel Insurance ::

If you are visiting between June and November (hurricane season), we strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance. Travel Guard by AIG is one of the best policies available, is reasonably priced and can include provisions for all travelers as well as immediate family members whose health may impact your ability to travel. Peace of mind is priceless.

Security Deposit Protector ::

In lieu of a security deposit, all of our properties include a damage deposit waiver. Any accidental damage that is done to property is covered by our insurance and will not be charged to our guests. Purposeful damage or loss is, of course, the responsibility of the guest.
